At EzBizautomate & DreamDecypher, we believe digital products should create real-world

impact. That’s why we started the SmileBack Fund Mission.

Through this mission, we dedicate:

• 50% of profits from every digital product sale

• 100% of direct donations

...to providing essential dental care for patients who cannot afford treatment.

■ What Your Support Funds

Because treatments are provided directly at our own clinic, we can reduce costs and make

every dollar stretch further. This allows us to restore more smiles with the same level of

professional care.

• Fixed prosthesis (crowns, bridges, implant restorations)

■ Who Qualifies (Eligibility Criteria)

• Financial Need – no insurance or inadequate coverage, low-income households unable to

pay out-of-pocket

• Clinical Need – missing or failing teeth where dentures, overdentures, or fixed prosthesis

will restore function and health

• Community Priority – seniors, unemployed, disabled, or disadvantaged families

• Commitment – willingness to follow treatment plans and maintain oral hygiene

■ How the Fund Works (Step-by-Step)

1 Candidates Apply or Are Referred – Qualified patients are placed on a waiting list.

2 Donations Accumulate – Every product purchase and donation grows the SmileBack

Fund.

3 First in Line is Served – Once enough funds are available, the first patient on the list is

selected. Since care happens at our clinic, costs are lower, meaning we can treat patientssooner.

4 Treatment is Completed – Funds are applied directly at our clinic for the procedure.

5 Cycle Repeats – After one case is completed, the fund builds again for the next candidate.

■ DreamDecypher Integration

As a thank-you, donors may also request a DreamDecypher interpretation for themselves. If

they don’t need it, their donation credit stays in the pool and will be used to cover a free

decode for someone who cannot afford it. Still, 50% of every donation goes directly to the

SmileBack Fund for dental treatments.

■ Transparency & Promise

• Funds are used only for treatments performed in our clinic – never handed out in cash.

• Updates will be shared periodically (with patient consent, anonymized if needed).

• Lower costs = more patients helped.

• Not tax-deductible at this time. Platform/transaction fees may apply.

waiting list.
